City Hall is happy to congratulate Mandy Hess as our official Clerk for the City of Liberty. Mandy came to us from the Town of Saluda SC, where she was the Assistant Administrator & Clerk/Treasurer. She will act as the liaison between the city and council. She is currently the city’s Financial Director.
