Notice of Public Hearings

The City of Liberty Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 PM on February 18th, 2021 at the Rosewood Center located at 419 East Main Street on the following:

Rezoning Application for a 4.7 acre section of parcel 4098-18-20-8745 on Kay Holcombe Road. The Applicant is requesting a rezoning from 508 GC to RM-16 (General Commercial to Multi-Family Residential).

Rezoning Application for a property located on Rosewood Street (4097-06-29-6644). The applicant is requesting a rezoning from 508 GC to 501 MDR (General Commercial to Medium Density Residential).

Documents relating to the rezoning are available for public inspection at City Hall.
