Josie Amspacher is the City Treasurer
for the City of Liberty. She was employed in 2001. Josie's goal is to
provide leading practiced financial management services and leadership to
achieve the City of Liberty's goals and objectives. Josie promotes actions
to achieve the City's priorities, provides excellent service to internal
and external customers, establishes and maintains sound fiscal policies,
delivers a clear and accurate picture of the City's current and future
financial position, improves the effectiveness, efficiency, and
integration of the City's business process and proactively reports on,
analyzes and recommends actions for improvements. Josie manages and
accounts for Liberty's financial resources.
